Hey there! I'm Amanda, author of quirky, suspenseful fiction.
I am an independent author and have been self-publishing since January 2012 (that's more than 10 years!). I have published five novels, one novella, a collection of novels, and some short stories and short story collections. My books have been read by readers in 113 countries, which is pretty cool. Most of these things are still available in bookstores, but some of them you can only find in my "Retired Stories" section of my Ko-fi store.
I write in multiple genres, and my fiction has a tendency to combine elements of different genres rather than conform to the usual conventions. I like unique and quirky characters with unusual, unpredictable plots, all with a heaping helping of suspense--usually.
And, maybe, most of all, what I really like to do is write fun stories. They could be fun in a humorous, light-hearted way, or fun in a creepy and horrifying way. Or, maybe, fun in a light-hearted, horrifying way. You just never know. ;)
